What to Expect - Dutchess Polar Plunge this FRIDAY, February 27 at Marist University CLICK HERE to be in the Know. 

Walkup Polar Plungers are accepted and a minimum donation of $25 is required to plunge. This minimum does not include an event sweatshirt.

Raise $125 to plunge and receive the 2026 Polar Plunge hoodie.
Raise $500 and register to jump all three days to become part of the NEW Trifecta Challenge! 

All trifecta's earn a Polar Plunge finisher medal.
