Welcome to My Personal Page
Many of you saw on Facebook last week that the Town Board Honored Frankie Anzaldi at our Board Meeting in recognition of November as National Epilepsy Awareness Month. Frankie has not let epilepsy define him. He is a para-olympian, an outstanding athlete and a fantastic student. His good friend Quentin Palifka introduced me to Frankie and made me aware of all of his accomplishments. We did some talking and these two boys have become part of my Polar Plunge Team. Our fundraising goal is $1000. Please help us reach our goal so that more athletes can have the opportunity to participate in the Special Olympics.
I'll be freezin for a reason AGAIN this year at Cedar Beach on November 17th! Last year I was able to raise $1000, please help me reach that goal again this year!
Special Olympics New York has 66,835 athletes and unified partners training and competing year-round in 22 Olympics-style sports. Athletes and their families or caregivers are NEVER CHARGED to participate! It costs $400 to support training and competition for one athlete for one sports season.
Your donations to my page over the last 7 years have raised over $6,000. All the money raised is so the Special Olympians can participate at no cost.
Please help me reach my goal!
