I know we are having a September that feels more like the middle of summer but it's time to think about Freezin' for a Reason.

On November 18, 2023 I will be participating in the POLAR PLUNGE to help raise money for Special Olympics New York!! Special Olympics New York has 66,835 athletes and unified partners training and competing year-round in 22 Olympics-style sports.
