Welcome to my 2024 fundraising page for Special Olympics NY! Back in the swing of things, very much looking forward to the plunge this year! Looking for any & all help to get yours truly back into some freezing cold water come December 7th (Pearl Harbor Day). Getting back together again with the UNYCOBA team and I’m super excited about it!  If I can raise $500, I'll be able to sponsor a SPECIAL OLYMPICS athlete from right here in WNY. I love this organization & hope to be successful with reaching my goal again. 

The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
