This year marks my 9th plunge for the Special Olympics, an organization that means so much to me and the amazing athletes I have the privilege to coach. This past year has been particularly special as I’ve had the chance to coach alongside my wife, Pam, and witness our daughter, Lily, grow into a remarkable leader and coach herself. Volunteering as a family and seeing her flourish has been a priceless experience.
