It is That Time Of Year Again. The Special Olympics Polar Plunge is less than a Month away . It's that time of year where I freeze my fanny off for a good cause . For the past 10years I have helped in raising money to  Support The Special Olympics NY - Hudson Valley Region.

Back in 2021, I started a Team called Aphasia To honor Those Who Have suffered with Aphasia. This is really close to my heart as I know what it's like
to live with Aphasia. With this polar plunge challenge i not only want
to help raise money for the Special Olympics NY but i also want to bring
 awareness to aphasia while supporting the Special Olympics. I hope you
guys can come out and help us make a difference.
