OK people this is Jacob. It's plunge time!! This is a HUGE year for me!! I have a once in a lifetime experience ahead of me because I am representing the USA at the Special Olympic World games in Italy. I will be running along side Law Enforcement officers carrying the flame of hope throughout Italy then into opening ceremonies!! This is my 6th year jumping into the cold  water to help raise money so I can help athletes like me continue to train hard and play our sports and reach our goals!!!! Special Olympics means the world to me. they have helped me through many struggles and has taught me to never give up!!! Playing my sports gives me the confidence to believe in myself. i love to compete and i love it when people cheer me on. It makes me get very emotional. I will set goals and try my best to reach them. I will have to believe in myself and surround myself with people who believe in me and i always need to put the work in!!!!
