This year we are taking our yearly fitness challenge to the next level! This year instead of one month we are starting the year off right by teaming up with the Special Olympics and creating the Unified Fitness Challenge!
Our challenge is simple:
-Two month Challenge (Jan+Feb)
-500 cal workout everyday
-No drinking
-No smoking
-Have to follow a diet of any sort
-You get 2 cheat days of your choice
-Lastly we want want to give back to the community
and raise $5,000 to benefit Special Olympics New York
Our team has not only accepted the challenge to take the Polar Plunge to support Special Olympics New York on Sunday, February 4, but we will be raising money throughout February!
