If you registered online, download and print the Participant Waiver. Bring with you THIS Sunday. CLICK HERE to download.
- Bring a Towel with You this Year. Towel Service will NOT be Provided.
- To participate in the Rochester Polar Plunge, each plunge is asked to raise $100 and will receive the official 2025 Plunge hoodie on Sunday, February 2.
- Join us this Saturday at Ontario Beach Park for the City of Rochester's 39th Annual Lakeside Winter Celebration from Noon to 4PM. Enjoy the wine and craft beer festival, Chilly Chili Challenge, Horse-drawn carriage rides, Fireworks at 6:15PM and so much more! The Rochester Polar Plunge presented by Premier Partners, ORCON Industries and Brighton Securities is a proud partner of the annual Lakeside Winter Celebration.
- Be a hero and raise $1,000 by Friday, January 3, 2025 to sponsor local Special Olympic athletes—including a State Game experience. Your name will go on the back of our 25th anniversary commemorative Polar Plunge hoodies.
- Be a banner team! This year, the TOP 10 FUNDRAISING teams will receive a team banner on the day of the Rochester Polar Plunge.
