Hi Friends and Family-

3 years ago I represented New York State in the Special Olympics USA GAMES.  It was a great experience.  I am super excited to participate in the Polar Plunge on Saturday, April 5th since I know that the money I raise will help myself and other athletes train and compete in future events.

The Special Olympics holds a special place in my heart because I have met some of the most incredible people who give me the opportunity to swim, play basketball, bocce, floor hockey, and even participate in horseback riding.

This year, I am asking for your help to raise awareness and funds to support me and my friends getting back together to compete in tournaments and activities that Special Olympics hosts.

The wind may blow and the water will be cold at Rockaway Beach, but I'm going in!
