My name is Veronica,
I wanted to reach out to everyone about something that means a lot to me, and I’m hoping you might be able to lend a hand.
For those who know me well, you know my journey. I am a person with a disability. I am diagnosed with an intellectual disability, Bipolar disorder and Mosaic Turner syndrome. These conditions present their own set of challenges, but honestly, they’re just part of what makes me, me!
I’m so incredibly lucky to have my amazing parents who are always there, cheering me on and helping me take whatever comes my way.
Life isn’t just about challenges though. It’s full of things I absolutely adore! I love to sing my heart out, dance whenever I get the chance, and spending time with my family. When I’m not doing that, you can find me on the baseball field with the Miracle league or gliding across ice with SABAH.
This year,, I’m taking a plunge and raising money for the Polar Plunge. It’s not just for me. It’s really about giving back and helping others who also live with disabilities. My goal is to raise $150.00, and every single dollar will make a difference. It would mean the world to me if my wonderful family and friends could pitch in. Even just a little bit, to help me reach my goal and support such an important cause.
