This December, I'll be taking an icy dive into Lake Erie for the Special Olympics Polar Plunge - all to support the incredible athletes of Special Olympics New York.

Every year, Kee Safety participates through Kee Giving, but this year we're turning up the challenge with something new: the Toss Your Boss campaign. Here's how it works - when five or more employees from any department sign up, their manager has to take the plunge. And yes, that includes me!

But we're not stopping there. If our Kee Safety team raises over $2,500 - enough to fund 5 Special Olympics athletes for a full year - our President and CFO will fly in from Texas to jump in too! 

Why do I do it? Because this event isn't just about braving the cold. It?s about celebrating courage, inclusion, and the athletes who inspire us all year long. Every dollar raised goes directly toward giving athletes with intellectual disabilities the chance to train, compete, and succeed.
