Hi everyone! My name is Julia and this is my second year as a polar plunger. I’m part of the Frosty Bananas, a team participating in the Rochester Polar Plunge to support the Special Olympics. The Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and competitions for athletes with intellectual disabilities, helping promote confidence, inclusion, and community.
