My friends (coworkers) and family are taking the Polar Plunge in memory of my uncle, who had such a big heart and a deep love for the Special Olympics. He looked forward to it every year and truly embodied the spirit of inclusion, joy, and perseverance that the organization represents. We?re also plunging for the incredible students I work with every day, who inspire me with their determination, courage, and kindness.
