Welcome to the 2026 Lake Shore Polar Plunge page! This will be Lake Shore High Schools 5th consecutive year, and the Middle Schools 2nd!  Both schools are teaming up to make a splash into Lake Erie for Special Olympics WNY.

Whether you are brave enough to take the freezing plunge or prefer to support us from the warm shore, your contribution makes an incredible difference. Every dollar raised directly funds sports training, activities, and competitions for Special Olympics NY athletes at zero cost to them or their families.

Join our team, donate today, and help us keep this proud Lake Shore tradition strong!
