Welcome to Unified Fitness Challenge 2.0! ‍

We’re kicking off 2025 with an ambitious goal: raising $5,000 for Special Olympics New York in just 5 weeks!

The Unified Fitness Challenge is simple:

  • 5-Week Challenge (January to plunge Feb 2nd)
  • 500-calorie workout every day
  • No drinking or smoking
  • Follow any diet (1 cheat days allowed!)
  • ❤ Give back by raising funds for Special Olympics New York athletes

We’ve also committed to taking the Polar Plunge at Ontario Beach Park on Sunday, February 2, to show our support. Hope to start the new year off right and make an impact in our community through fundraising to make a meaningful impact on the lives of these incredible athletes.
