Everyone is to remain in the winter festival area until it is their assigned time to line up. You will line up in the winter festival and a plunge escort will walk you down to the beach. No one is too line up prior to your designated time. This is to ensure safety and to limit crowd control on the beach for the safety of our plungers and spectators.
