Before you polar plunge with us, here are dates, and details....

  • To participate in the Rochester Polar Plunge, each plunge is asked to raise $100 and will receive the official 2025 Plunge hoodie on Sunday, February 2.  
  • Be a hero and raise $1,000 by Friday, January 3, 2025 to sponsor local Special Olympic athletes—including a State Game experience. Your name will go on the back of our 25th anniversary commemorative Polar Plunge hoodies.
  • Be a banner team! This year, the TOP 10 FUNDRAISING teams will receive a team banner on the day of the Rochester Polar Plunge.
