Gather your family, grab your friends, double-dare your co-workers and start a Polar Plunge Team! You can also join us as an individual if you like, just be ready to get wet!

Collect donations to help sponsor your plunge in support of local Special Olympics New York athletes. Every dollar donated makes a difference!

Special Olympics New York provides inclusive opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities, who compete in Olympic-style, coached sports. Be a hero and raise $500 by October 31st, to sponsor a local Special Olympic Athlete—including State Game experience. Your name will go on the back of our official Plunge hoodies!

Have fun with our Toss Your Boss campaign! Challenge your boss to Plunge with us. Set a fundraising goal and if the team reaches it, the BOSS GETS TOSSED! 

Be a banner team! The top 10 teams will earn a team banner and a reserved spot in the heated tent!

Raise $125 and receive the official 2025 Plunge hoodie and access to our Happy Hour presented by Tito's immediately after the plunge. (MUST be 21 to attend).
