Gather your friends, family, classmates, professors, and double dare your teachers and start a Polar Plunge Team! You can also join us as an individual if you like, just be ready to get wet in our new mobile plunge unit!

Collect donations to help sponsor your plunge in support of local Special Olympics New York athletes. Every dollar donated makes a difference! Special Olympics New York provides inclusive opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities, who compete in Olympic-style, coached sports.

Raise $125 to plunge and receive the 2026 Polar Plunge hoodie.
Raise $500 and register to jump all three days to become part of the NEW Trifecta Challenge! 

All trifecta's earn a Polar Plunge finisher medal.
