Be bold, get cold, and take the plunge! For the past 19 years, thousands of plungers have taken the icy dip into Long Island Sound to support the more than 48,000 Special Olympics New York athletes. Every dollar raised directly supports year-round sports training and competition for people with intellectual disabilities. Click here to learn more about Special Olympics New York. PLUNGE INCENTIVES:
Sponsor an Athlete: Raise $500 by October 21st, to sponsor a local Special Olympic New York Athlete! Your name will go on the back of our official Plunge hoodies!
Banner Team: Raise $3,000 by October 28th and your team will receive a banner!
Raise $175 and receive the official 2026 Plunge hoodie and community service hours.
Grand Club: Raise $1000 and you'll be a part of our Grand Club and receive a special 2026 incentive!
Champions Club: Raise $2,500 and you'll be inducted into our Champions Club where you will receive an exclusive 2026 incentive!
